Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) & prices listed on the website are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option selected.

Shipping

Upon payment receipt, the order will be sent to the address specified.In the event of a failed delivery or Return to Sender due to incorrect shipping information provided, a fee will be charged to cover Lalor’s return and reshipping costs. Lalor offers standard & express registered shipping within Australia & registered International shipping, all of which have tracking information available. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day and shipped the same or following day.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods for an exchange or refund, provided they are received by Lalor within 14 days of receipt to customer, in perfect original saleable condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) and in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded.Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and service. Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. Lalor will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. We suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.

All returns are to be communicated & confirmed via email prior to being sent. Please email orders@lalormva.com to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt. Please note, there are no returns on sale items unless defective.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order contains the wrong item(s) or defective item(s), Please email orders@lalormva.com with an indication of the fault or defect. Once assessed & agreed, we will process your request and assist you with return shipping at our expense. A refund will be actioned, or if possible & requested, a replacement will be sent at our expense once the item has been receipted back to Lalor Returns.
